L&P Group are a professional design management and consultancy practice situated in the City of London. The company has a wide degree of experience over a varied range of business sectors and it is celebrating 25 years in business in 2022.

L&P Group consists of five divisions, including Engineering, Sustainability, Commissioning, Technology and Asset. It provides clients with a first-class pro-active professional service. L&P Group are a partnership orientated practice, with a team-based approach; developing innovative engineering solutions which satisfy its clients’ requirements, whilst recognising the importance of sustainable design, energy efficiency and life cycle costs.

In addition to its traditional mechanical, electrical, and public health design, L&P Group have specialists within its practice to undertake all aspects of vertical transportation, IT design and commissioning consultancy. The company also offers a full project management service, including cost control, architectural, structural engineering support, and planning supervision.

Key achievements:

  • Working towards three new professional accreditations (ISO19650, ISO14001 and Cyber Essentials+).

  • We have instigated a programme of retrospection and continuous improvement, making use of various techniques developed in other engineering disciplines.

  • Over the past two years we have invested in our IT capability to allow all staff to work and collaborate flexibly, safely, and from anywhere. We have also provided new tools for tracking and managing resource allocations and time commitments.
