The company's Workforce Strategy establishes a committed minimum spend of £300,000 on its workforce annually. This spend comprised of:
• 220+ NVQ’s in various levels and trades
• 840+ Industry Accredited Short Course Bookings
• 9 New Start Apprenticeships
• 12 Apprenticeship Completions
• 3 New Enrolments on our bespoke Supervisor Development Programme

• The company has developed and successfully launched its Workforce Strategy setting out how it will combat the Skills Shortage within the industry, attract and retain a highly-skilled workforce and place individuals’ career development front and centre of the company priorities. 

• Inclusion and diversity is at the core of our culture and strategic vision for the development of people: Danny Sullivan Group is currently working tirelessly to be the first company in the UK to achieve the Supply Chain Sustainability School Fairness, Inclusion and Respect Accreditation.
