The IFLP Journey

September brought the full IFLP journey to life, with three series reaching important milestones.

Series 9 concluded with its celebratory showcase, bringing participants and sponsors together to share the impact of their learning, reflect on their progress and set out how they will take this forward within their businesses.

Series 10 returned to Henley Business School for its second workshop, continuing to challenge participants’ thinking and strengthen their leadership skills. At the end of the month, we proudly launch Series 11 and welcome a new group of leaders ready to begin their own six-month journey.

Three series at different stages, one shared ambition: developing confident, innovative leaders who can create meaningful change and help build a stronger future for their businesses and the wider sector.
